Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

Already Hired (“we”, “us”) is operated by GEREZ TECH LABS, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Already Hired. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. A license is bound to your device, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@alreadyhired.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. The service

Already Hired is a real-time interview copilot that listens to a live conversation, reads the question, and suggests an answer drawn from your résumé, shown only on your screen. Suggestions are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are for your review only. You decide what, if anything, to say. You are responsible for your own words and conduct. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

5. Acceptable use and your responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use Already Hired, and specifically that you will:

• Use the service lawfully, and comply with all laws that apply to you, including laws on recording, wiretapping, and consentin your and other participants’ locations, which may require you to obtain consent before capturing audio.
• Comply with the rules, policies, and agreements of any interview, employer, school, exam, certification, proctoring, or platform you take part in. Some prohibit outside assistance; determining what is permitted, and the consequences of using assistance, is your responsibility, not ours.
• Only submit content (such as your résumé) that you have the right to use, and that is truthful.
• Not share, resell, or transfer your license, circumvent device binding or usage limits, or exceed the access you paid for.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and not use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

Already Hired is a tool that provides information; how you use it is your decision and your responsibility.

6. Payment, credits, and cancellation

Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe. Prices, credit amounts, and plan terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel yours through the Stripe customer portal in your account. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds: if you are not satisfied or you experience a problem with the service, contact us at contact@alreadyhired.app and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual property and your content

We and our licensors own the Already Hired service, software, and brand. You keep ownership of the content you provide (such as your résumé). You grant us a limited license to process that content and your session data solely to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. As between you and us, the answer suggestions generated for you are yours to use, to the extent permitted by law and these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including Deepgram, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms may apply to you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that it will lead to any interview outcome, offer, or result. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Already Hired and GEREZ TECH LABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Already Hired harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rule that applies to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully, or as needed to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Already Hired after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
