Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Already Hired (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the alreadyhired.app website and application, operated by GEREZ TECH LABS, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at contact@alreadyhired.app.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier) through Google’s OAuth (scopes openid, email, profile). We never receive or store your Google password.

Content you give us

To tailor answers to you, we store the résumé, CV, and profile details you provide, such as your experience, skills, and the roles you are targeting.

Interview session data

While a session is active, the app captures audio from your microphone and, where you enable it, images of your screen. Audio is converted to text (a transcript of the questions and your side of the conversation); screen images are read to understand on-screen questions. We generate answer suggestions from this together with your résumé, and keep a history of your sessions (questions, generated answers, timestamps) so you can review them in your account.

Device and technical data

We store a device identifierderived from your device (a “device hash”) to bind a license to a device and prevent sharing, along with standard technical data such as IP address, browser and operating system, and log data.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive limited billing metadata such as your plan, subscription status, and the partial card details Stripe shares with us.

Usage data

We record usage such as remaining credits, session counts, and timings, to operate metering and your account.

3. How we use your information

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Generate real-time answer suggestions from your résumé and the live question.
• Keep your session history so you can review it.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations, and maintain and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your interviews or résumé to show you advertising.

4. Service providers we rely on

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Speech-to-text: Deepgram (converts session audio to text).
• Answer generation & vision: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Groq (large-language-model and vision APIs that produce suggested answers from your question, screen, and résumé).
• Payments: Stripe.
• Email: Resend (sign-in links and account email).
• Infrastructure & hosting: Cloudflare (application, database, and storage) and Hostinger (website hosting).

These providers act as our processors and are engaged to process your data only to operate the service, under their applicable business and API terms. We do not sell your data.

5. How we share information

Beyond the providers above, we may disclose information: to comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process; to enforce our Terms or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Already Hired; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you. We never sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Microphone audio is processed to generate a transcript and answer suggestions; your session transcripts and history are retained while your account is active so you can review them. You can request deletion of your sessions or your entire account at any time (see Your choices and rights). When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), scoped access tokens, and device binding for licenses. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. But we work to protect your information and to notify you and regulators of incidents where required.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. For example, users in the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, and users in the UAE under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). To exercise any of these, email contact@alreadyhired.app. You can stop new data collection at any time by ending a session or signing out, and manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal in your account.

9. International data transfers

We and our providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these cross-border transfers.

10. Children

Already Hired is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Already Hired after an update means you accept the revised policy.
