Already Hired handles high-stakes, personal moments, so security is a first-class concern, not an afterthought. Here’s how your data is protected.

Local-first by design

Your résumé and your API keys are encrypted on your own device using the operating system’s secure storage — not held on our servers. They never need to live in someone else’s cloud.

Data minimization

Interview audio is processed live and discarded. By default nothing is recorded and no transcript is retained — the less we hold, the less there is to ever expose.

Encrypted in transit

When audio and text are sent to our speech-to-text and language-model providers to generate a card, they travel over encrypted (TLS) connections and are processed only to return your result.

Discreet by construction

Already Hired is an on-screen overlay only. No bot joins your call, no plugin is installed in your meeting app, and nothing is added to the conversation — there is simply no extra surface for anyone else to see or access.
